Senior Web Designer / Communications (750)

Boone, NC - We’re looking for a top notch, self-motivated Senior Web Designer to work on a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will provide design leadership in building new sites while providing great layouts and front-end coding for all of Samaritan’s Purse’s digital communication needs. Your job will also include development of future web capabilities with a heavy emphasis on multiple platforms and video delivery.

The senior web designer will utilize key design principles & industry standards to ensure clear navigation, GUI, content design & ease of use for target audience. A bachelor’s degree in a related area of study is preferred or at least 5 years experience working to develop, program and launch corporate web sites. One year of college-level Biblical studies is preferred. Qualified candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of professional interaction or visual design experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must understand & demonstrate proficiency with industry-standard web site development tools to create web user interfaces. You must be an expert in HTML with a deep knowledge of CSS, Javascript and XML. Show us a strong portfolio, as design skills are most important. Maintain a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Be a consistent witness for Jesus Christ.
