Family Practice

Hope Medical Clinic - Macau — Hope Medical Clinic is a Christian ministry that uses health care as a means to reach people and proclaim the gospel of the Lord. This family practice clinic was founded in 1980 and treats about 1000 patients each month. The clinic is an outpatient diagnostic and treatment center and has no hospital patients (no night duty responsibilities). The Hope Medical Clinic has also developed a training program for Chinese family medicine residents. Two months notice is required for volunteers interested in serving at Hospital Medical clinic. Families are welcome

The individual volunteer is responsible for all costs associated with the trip. World Medical Mission personnel will provide assistance in arranging all travel including international flights and in-country travel as well as as any needed medical licenses, visas or permits.
